ONLINE TICKET, ADMISSION VOUCHER AND CATALOG PURCHASE
Where can I buy an online ticket and what do I need to consider?
You can purchase your online ticket in our webshop. After purchase, you will receive your admission ticket as a PDF, which you can print or show on your smartphone. If you have ordered multiple tickets, you will receive a PDF for each ticket as an attachment to the email.
Please note that tickets sent digitally may end up in your spam folder.
Do I have to print the online ticket or can I show it on my smartphone at the entrance?
You can print your online ticket using any printer or show it on your smartphone at the entrance check. If you would like to print your online tickets, we ask that you print each ticket separately. This will allow for a more efficient entrance check.
Can I return or exchange my ticket?
Please note that online tickets cannot be exchanged or returned after purchase. Rebooking of online tickets is not possible.
I have a problem with my booking. How can I contact the webshop?
If you encounter any problems with your ticket booking, such as missing ticket PDFs, please contact us. We will assist you as quickly as possible.

How can I buy admission vouchers and what do I need to consider?
You can purchase admission vouchers in our online shop. After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. The admission vouchers will then be sent as an e-ticket or by mail.
Where can I buy catalogs or booklets?
You can purchase our items in our online shop. The delivery time for catalogs and booklets within Germany is up to seven business days under normal business conditions. Delivery times abroad may vary. When planning your order, please consider possible delays due to holidays or peak periods (e.g., Christmas).

Is the museum barrier-free?
The LUDWIGGALERIE Schloss Oberhausen aims to provide barrier-free access for all visitors. For visitors with limited mobility, the LUDWIGGALERIE Schloss Oberhausen is accessible via an elevator.
Are Pets allowed?
Only assistance dogs (e.g. guide dogs, service dogs, etc.) are allowed in the exhibition rooms.
Is there a toilet available?
Accessible unisex toilets are available for visitors in both the Small Palace and the Great Palace.
